Registrants under the age of 18

Print out and mail/email/fax back the Parental Consent and Photography Release Form by March 15 to an address below.


If you are a current student, please register as a "student" attendee to receive a flat registration rate. This rate will apply until the late registration period, after which, the cost of the conference increases to secure your lodging and meals.

Non-Student Participants (Faculty/Industry)

Priority for lodging, from highest to lowest, goes to students, MICWIC speakers and organizers, and others. We expect to be able to accomodate all request for lodging at Weber's Inn, but if the hotel fills, some non-students may need to arrange for alternate lodging. In this event, we will reimburse your registration and recommend several nearby hotels.

Lodging at Weber's Hotel

Lodging for students is double occupancy at Weber's Hotel in a room with two queen beds and a private bath. Requests to room with a specific attendee should be indicated on the registration form. To make a roommate request, both persons should request the other as a rooming partner on the registration form. One should register for lodging and the other without lodging so both are not charged for the shared room. We will try to honor requests as best we can, but cannot guarantee to be able to satisfy all requests. The fee for others at Weber's Hotel assumes single occupancy.


Your registration covers dinner on Friday, lunch on Saturday, and snacks on both days.

Late registration

Early registration ends March 4. After this date, an additional processing fee of $10 will be added to the registration fee.


The registration fee is fully refundable up until the end of early registration (March 4). After that date, no refund can be issued.


All attendees are encouraged to upload a current resume to go into the MICWIC Resume Database. If you would like to participate in the speed interview session or the career fair, you will also need to bring a paper copy of your resume.

NOTE: If you do not already have an EasyChair account, you will need to enter brief account information, which includes a fax number. Any fax number is acceptable. For instance, you can give the fax number for your school or department, which you should be able to find on your school or department website.
